ABOUT MYSELF

Languages and cultures are my passion. Internationality characterizes me. Strong roots give me power.

Beginning early in my youth, my path led me abroad again and again – by myself and out of my own impulse. Besides my home country Germany, I have also lived and worked in the USA, France and Japan. Additionally, I have studied, travelled and stayed extensively in countries such as Ecuador, Colombia and Spain where I have been able to immerse myself in the language, culture and way of life.

Since 2004, I have worked in the areas of leadership development, training, consulting and coaching. I have gained a multitude of experiences with different companies and from within various sectors of industry. These I am able to bring to new projects. Since both people and companies differ, my services will always be individually tailored for you and your needs.

Some of my skills: observing, listening, reflecting, adding new thoughts and discoveries, thinking in an overarching and linking way, understanding differing and contrary viewpoints and connecting different mind sets and worlds.

My working languages are German, English, Spanish and French. I also have some knowledge of Japanese.

FOCUS OF MY WORK

  • Working with international groups and teams: team building within the framework of mergers and acquisitions, facilitation and support of international and multicultural training groups, for personality development (e.g. young talents)
  • Development and facilitation of tailor made trainings, especially on the following topics: preparation for living abroad for expatriates, communication, stress management and conflict management
  • Consulting within a project, for example: creation of a worldwide coaching pool, international adaption and roll out of leadership trainings within one enterprise, different projects in leadership development
  • Coaching: intercultural coaching for expatriates and their families, coaching for employees who frequently travel abroad, coaching for young talents
